Refund Policy

Escape Hatch sells research products that deliver substantial information about your potential citizenship pathway. Because our reports are digital and the value is delivered immediately upon generation, all sales are final once your research report has been generated and delivered to you.

When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following specific situations:

  • Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Payment processing errors. If you were charged but never received access to your research report, we will refund the charge or regenerate the report at your choice.
  • Technical failures on our end. If a technical issue prevents us from delivering your research report within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Pre-delivery cancellations. If you change your mind before we generate your report, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once the report has been generated, this option is no longer available.

When We Do Not Issue Refunds

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You disagree with the conclusions of the research
  • The research did not find an ancestor that may create a pathway or a strong signal
  • You decided not to pursue citizenship after receiving the report
  • You found similar information from another source
  • You changed your mind after the report was delivered

By purchasing one of our research products, you acknowledge that the value of our research is delivered in the report itself, and that the report is a non-refundable digital product once generated.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you may receive a refund under the conditions above, contact us at support@escapehatch.to within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 2 business days.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly prefer to resolve any concerns directly. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to fair, fast resolution and will work with you to address legitimate concerns.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email.
